I began my journey with the Laborers Training School as an Instructor and later transitioned into the role of Apprenticeship Coordinator. I now serve as the Senior Coordinator, overseeing a team of nine coordinators across the 12 Southern California counties and Arizona, ensuring program compliance and consistency.
My core responsibilities include serving as a liaison between the Training School and the local unions, mentoring apprentices, and managing their progress to ensure timely graduation. A vital part of my role also involves strengthening relationships with contractors and partnering with community-based organizations to support recruitment and outreach efforts.
